Exchanges And Returns

If you would like to return an item then please email us at service@modavanti.com and a member of the Modavanti customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours with a shipping label. 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges for store credit or for another item will not attract a shipping charge in the US. For exchanges outside the US please contact us at service@modavanti.com.  

RETURNS:

For customers in the US and Canada the cost of the return shipping fee is $10 and will be deducted from your refund. For customers outside the US and Canada there will be a $15 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS:

Eligible items must be post marked within 30 days of shipping and must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with their tags still attached. 

Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return: bathing suits and intimate apparel such as lingerie. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be stated on the product description page. 

INCORRECT ORDER:

If you do not receive exactly what you ordered then we will waive the return shipping fee.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM FOR CREDIT:

If you would like to return an item for store credit instead of a refund then please let us know when you email us! 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS:

If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.

MODAVANTI CREDIT:

If the item you are returning was purchased using Modavanti Credits (in whole or in part) then the value of those Modavanti Credits will be reinstated and the remainder of your purchase refunded to your credit/debit card. 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROBLEMS?

Modavanti will first attempt to refund the original credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. Our customer service team will contact you if the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase is expired or invalid.
