What if I don't have an account?

If you are not a registered user and you would like to return an item for a refund, the return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Eligible Items:

Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of shipping and must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with their tags still attached.

Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return: bathing suits and intimate apparel such as lingerie. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be stated on the product description page.

Incorrect Order:

If you do not receive exactly what you ordered then the we will waive the return shipping fee, even if you are not a member.

Exchanging an item for credit:

If you would like to return an item for store credit instead of a refund then please let us know when you email us!

Credit Expiry:

Modavanti Credits will expire 30 days after you receive them.

Discounts:

If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.

Modavanti Credit:

If the item you are returning was purchased using Modavanti Credits (in whole or in part) then the value of those Modavanti Credits will be reinstated and the remainder of your purchase refunded to your credit/debit card.

Credit/Debit Card Problems?

Modavanti will first attempt to refund the original credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. Our customer service team will contact you if the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase is expired or invalid.
